Shipping Policy
Our goal is to get you the best rates and fastest service. All orders will be processed and shipped as soon as possible.
Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a separate shipment confirmation email with tracking information. Prodigi Kids ships all orders via USPS or UPS in the US and its territories and DHL Express to our Canadian customers.
We are not able to ship to P.O. Boxes. Undeliverable shipments and refused deliveries will be charged the original shipping fee plus a 10% handling fee. In the event that there is a shipping problem, Prodigi Kids will assist customers with the freight carrier to the extent possible.
We do not offer expedited delivery services.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Prodigi Kids is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered on an order. Upon inquiry, we are happy to provide delivery information consisting of the tracking number and shipping carrier to the customer for the customer to investigate.
